Membership - Under 23 and Senior Age Groups

New members are welcome in all age groups at Marlborough Athletics. The best way to find out about the club is to come along either during the summer on a Sunday morning or Wednesday evening for track and field events. During the winter we have training at the track on a Sunday morning and circuits at Marlborough Leisure Centre on a Wednesday evening, circuits do come with an additional cost. Hopefully one of the coaching team will be able to answer any questions you may have. Our membership year runs from April 1st to March 31st.

2024 Membership Form - Under 23 and Senior Age Groups

This form is for all post-secondary school athletes.

The information below is for Club use only and will not be divulged to any other bodies other than England Athletics for the purposes of membership affiliation. Before completing this form we advise all athletes and parents to read the Code of Conduct first.

Membership of Marlborough Athletics includes affiliation with England Athletics and the ability to compete for the club in all EA track and field events throughout the membership year April 1st to March 31st.

1. I give consent for the athlete to be the subject of photography/video footage by authorised photographers at events and training. I grant such authorised photographers and the Club the absolute right to use the resulting images, including any reproductions or adaptations of the images for general publicity and promotional purposes.

2. Please describe any medical conditions and detail any medication that the athlete carries with them which we should be aware of and which may affect their ability to train:

3. Annual Subscription: Online payment system in use. Subscription for an U23 and Senior athlete is £30 for either first claim or second claim*. Once the form has been completed you will be sent a link by email for payment to be made. If you have difficulty with the online system please email us at [email protected].

* Second Claim membership is available for purposes of competing for Marlborough Athletics, if you are already a member of another England Athletics-affiliated T&F club.

4. Are you currently a member of another athletics club? If yes, please add the club in the box below. It will be necessary for you to resign your current athletics club in order to join Marlborough Athletics as a full member.

Please read: Once the membership form is submitted, we will sign up your child to both Marlborough Athletics and England Athletics, as well as add your details to our contact database - all of which involves a significant amount of admin time by our volunteer membership secretary.
